These terms govern your use of tkck. By registering or playing, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tkck ("tkck", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tkck website, its games, betting markets, payment systems, bonus programmes, and all related services. By creating an account, accessing the tkck platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one tkck account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. tkck will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

- tkck reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
tkck processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered in their own name. Use of a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used. tkck reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and will notify players of any material changes via the platform.
Withdrawal Processing
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. tkck aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed faster than card withdrawals.
Responsible Payments
Players must not use tkck accounts for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. The use of the tkck platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. All unusual account activity is monitored and investigated.
5. Bonus Terms and Promotions
tkck offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Abuse
tkck actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing equal and opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (commonly known as bonus hedging), and any other conduct deemed by tkck to constitute abuse of its bonus system. Where bonus abuse is detected, tkck reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the tkck platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) systems and are provided by independent, third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. The rules of each individual game are determined by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet.
- All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. tkck does not interfere with game outcomes and has no ability to alter the result of any game round.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void. tkck will notify affected players and refund any bets placed on a voided round.
- Live casino games are subject to the game rules displayed within each live dealer table environment. In the event of a dispute between the player and the live dealer result, the recorded game outcome as logged by the game provider's server shall be the definitive result.
- Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed in the tkck betting interface. Settlement of bets follows the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. tkck reserves the right to void bets where the official result is disputed or not declared within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkck platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, device, or IP address. This includes accounts registered by members of the same household where the intent is to circumvent bonus or account restrictions.
- Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise interact with the tkck platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting results, including any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or cooperative betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit at the expense of the house or other players.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity registration, or use of stolen payment credentials. All suspected fraud is investigated and reported to the relevant financial institution and law enforcement authorities.
- Using the tkck platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, or assisting another person who is self-excluded to access the platform. Any account found to belong to a self-excluded player will be closed immediately.
tkck employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their accounts closed without notice and any winnings or balances forfeited. tkck reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where prohibited conduct involves illegal activity.
8. Responsible Gaming
tkck is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tkck players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will only take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log out the player's account. This tool is designed to prevent extended unplanned gaming sessions.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkck's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Service Availability
tkck does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances beyond tkck's control including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, and force majeure events. tkck will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability.
Gaming Losses
Players acknowledge that online gaming involves real monetary risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of participation. tkck shall not be liable to any player for gaming losses sustained in the course of fair play. 10. Intellectual Property
All content on the tkck platform, including but not limited to the tkck brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of tkck or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the tkck platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form without the express prior written permission of tkck.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tkck platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, data extraction, screen scraping, automated data collection, or any use of the platform's content for purposes other than personal gaming. Any unauthorised use of tkck's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your continued use of the tkck platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
